Rick Lebherz is an accomplished associate attorney at Kaminski Law Group, with experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate. He understands the challenges that come with administering a trust, navigating the probate process, or managing a conservatorship, and is dedicated to helping his clients achieve their legal goals.
As a trusted legal advisor, Rick recognizes the importance of clear communication and informed decision-making. He is passionate about representing clients and ensuring that they receive the representation they deserve.
Rick earned his law degree from Pacific McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, where he was awarded the Witkin Award for the highest grade in his Compliance in the Healthcare Industry course. During law school, he volunteered as a certified law student for the McGeorge Elder and Health Law Clinic, where he gained valuable experience in healthcare law.
In addition to his legal career, Rick is married to his loving and supportive wife Melissa, who is currently pregnant with their first child together. (It’s a girl!) He is also a proud stepfather to Melissa’s four wonderful children Eli, Solomon, Mara, and Asher. Together, they enjoy spending time with their family, exploring new places, and making memories. He is also an avid golfer and loves to barbecue on his Traeger in his backyard.
Rick cherishes the time spent with his family, and understands the importance of planning for the future. He also understands the complexity of a blended family. Additionally, Rick comes from a large family and is skilled in navigating family dynamics and personalities.
He is excited to practice in an area of law where he can put those skills to good use and help clients achieve their legal objectives. Rick knows how vital it is to protect and provide for his family, and he is dedicated to helping others do the same.
